Oh My G.O.S.H.!

Are you busy on the 24th March at 6pm?? Need something to do which is both fun and raises money for a good cause??? Well why not come down to 'Oh My G.O.S.H.!'~

Oh My G.O.S.H.! is a charity fashion show event that has been created by the lovely Alex Clynch in my uni class. The aim of Oh My G.O.S.H.! is to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital by putting on a fashion runway filled with University and College students work. 

With guest stars such as Urban Outfitters buying team, Select design team, French Connections design team, Johny Rocca representing Michiko Koshino, Nuno da Costa the fashion illustrator and Jester White the model, this is a night you do not want to miss~

As mentioned before, all the work that will be shown is University and College students, so who is taking part? University of Hertfordshire, North Herts College, West Herts College, Harlow College, Hertford Regional College and Highlands School. 

As well as having a wonderful catwalk to watch, there will be a live auction in which you can buy items and the money will go to the charity. There will also be a bar and an array of stalls to purchase cakes, accessories and much much more all to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital.

The lovely Alex has been organizing this all herself and seeing her so excited for it to be coming together is lovely. 

So why not put on your prettiest dress or suit and head to the Broxbourne Civic Hall (details below) on the 24th March and help Oh My G.O.S.H raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital~

Fashion Monstaaaa~

I am so sorry i have not posted in a while. I haven't really had any inspiration to post and I didn't wanna post and it just look like a half hearten attempt.

Anyway, I attended the Kyary Pamyu Pamyu 100% World tour a few days ago and I thought I would share with you my experience and photos. Enjoy ~

ME and Gigi, we took many a photos that day, this is just a few of them. I miss this girl, we are half sisters.

My sexy face, with Gigi and Golffy. I'd met Golffy the day before at Gigis. She made me a valentines card. I felt so bad for not making her one. She is a lovely girl and made us the most yummiest pancakes.

Can I please be a mermaid??

Did any of you make new years resolutions? How many have you stuck to? I made just one this year and that was to make myself into the person I want to be inside and out. That includes making my style into what I actually want to wear, having my hair and make up what I've always wanted. So when I got back to where I live I decided to have a HUGE clean out, as in I threw out 7 black bags full of clothes and bags and shoes and things that had really had enough, what was usable I took to the charity shop.

So what is the look I want? Well I've always wanted pastel pink hair, well I have done for the past sort of year but I was holding off for reasons but I finally decided to go ahead and do it, it is pastel pink with bright pink highlights. Here is how it looks - 

I love mermaid wavys and they are so easy to do. A lot of people told me I should go pink because of my wig and how good it looks on me so I did it and I regret nothing. 

My make up style is pretty much the same, I've found a look that I think really compliments my eyes and my face so I didn't want to change this. However I have made it a rule I must do my hair and make up every day for uni, I'm a fashion student I shouldn't be looking shabby.

Onto my style, I haven;t really changed it much, its been changing slowly over the last year anyway. I'm sticking a lot to blacks and greys as I feel I suit these colours quite well. I also like my cross and skulls and bone prints so now my closet has a lot of them in. I am also trying to wear heels and platforms more as they make my legs look a lot nicer.

Last week Friday it was my Specialist project 2A deadline. Finally is all I can say to that. This semester I worked a lot harder than the semester before and I hope my final grades show that. If you have read previous posts you will know exactly what I had to do, but here is a quick recap. We had the title 'The Great Outdoors' Out outfits had to come under that title, We also went to Clothes Show live, Which I reviewed HERE I really enjoyed the experiences and having my garment on the catwalk 4/5 days made me so proud. Overall I feel I have passed this and hopefully I've passed with good marks instead of scraping them like last year.

Anyway I finally got the professional photos back for my portfolio and here they are. I hope you like them

A big thank you to my models Ben and Emily. Ben's outfit is actually a woman's but he really looked good in it and it fitted in with my Angry scotsman look.

All I want for Christmas is YOUUUU~

Yesterday was Christmas day~ That lovely day when family comes together and you exchange gifts and eat till you burst your seams.

Since I live away from home I always travel for xmas to wherever I am spending it. This year it was with my sister Amii and her husband's family. This was Bo's family first Christmas dinner which I thought was superrr cute~

My sister woke me up early at 7.45am. You'd think thats cute but shes 26 years old. We opened our presents from each other and from our mum, gran and aunties. After that we got washed and dressed and then watched tv before Bo's family came around, we then ate a small lunch before lazing around waiting for dinner.

We opened our presents from each other at this time, I got a lovely box with royal jelly products in. My skin is crazy and rejects most products but it loves royal jelly, I just wish it was student friendly.

Anyway onto some photos of the day~

Some wine I got from my Auntie Donna. I'm not a big lover of wine but free alcohol + Student = will drink anything. 

Our lovely dinner coooked by Bo, his parents helped out a bit. It was a wonderful meal. But now we have like 4 boxs of turkey in our fridge....turkey sandwichs and pies for a month.

IT'S CHRISTMASSSSSSS~

Well it nearly is.....Just one more sleep till presents and foood~

As I live away from home Christmas is wonderful for me because I get fed nicely and I get to see family and most of the time I get to relax. But this time I've been rushing around to visit my family and do the rest of the shopping and work with my sister and do my assignments and ARGHHHHHH~

Well now it's Christmas eve and I'm doing my business plan as well as getting up and helping do different things for my sister and husband. This next week is the busiest I think I've been in a long time, I have Christmas tomorrow with my sister and her husbands family, then Gigi time on Thursday and on Friday its visit Faye day. I've also gotta see Mary and Baby Jonathan before I head back. Then I have New Years Eve and stufff......Life is stressfull~

This is Foxtrot, she is Amii's (my sister) stray cat she took in, She dislikes people but she is so pretty.

Foxtrot and Neko having a snuggle, they have a bed each but choose to snuggle up in the smaller bed despite play fighting alll the time.

My little sister was knocked over on Thursday 20th December up in Aberdeen, She made it onto alot of news sites, she is leaving hospital today and is fine, just some superficial wounds on my face and a hairline fracture on her hip.

We found a Bubbleology there, upstairs by Costa. I love bubble tea and Bubbleology has some great flavours, great to know theres one here now.

AND Today they were FREE~ Can't pass up free bubble tea now. Left is ginger (Amii) and right is vanilla (me). They were super tasty, well worth going to try~

Well thats my last week in photos....I look like a crazy cat lady who drinks bubble tea hahaha~

Scaffolding~

Today I decided to finally go and get the piercing I have wanted for ages. A scaffolding piercing. On my right ear I have 2 lobe piercings, my top cartilage and my inner conch and on my left ear I only had 2 lobe piercings so I felt that was the ear to go with. So I went in and got myself an appointment and 

then prepared myself for this.

I hadn't had a piercing done in ages so I had kinda forgotten the pain but it wasn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be its just really become swollen which is normal for me and piercings.

Here it was straight after I had it swelling and still had the pen marks and stuff on it. I can't change the piercing for 6 months and can't change the balls for 2 months so that is a wait but that's ok I'll just have to wait.

My make up and shirt from today. I love this shirt, from Primark, it has all skeletons on it.
